WATCH: David Popovici Swims 46.6 100 SCM Free, 23.8 Back-Half

2022 ROMANIAN SHORT COURSE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Today world record-holder David Popovici kicked off his campaign at the Romanian SCM National Champs, competing in the 100 free and hitting a new PR and Romanian national record at 46.62. The freestyle ace was out in 22.78, coming home in 23.84. This breaks Robert Glinta‘s year-old national record of 46.64 by just .02.
