The Vols just raced SCY this weekend at Mizzou and on Monday afternoon were getting a feel for LCM racing to prepare for the Pro Swim Series in Knoxville this weekend. They used turn work as a method to transition into descend work, ultimately ending with back-end 100-pace.

Wow, very smooth and energy efficient stroke suited for a 200 by Crooks. Was expecting more of the power driven, vertical strokes that we usually see in the scy/scm 50 and 100 from him. He already has a solid 200 free in scy but perhaps that could be further developed in both scy and lcm
respectfully, nah. Crooks is a power driven swimmer and accelerates very well off walls.
I doubt he would be able to develop a 2 free SCY much less a 2 free LCM. I could see 1:33 mid 1:50 low kinda times tbh

yeah probably tbh but i think an in-form Dressel would be more near 1:31 high/1:47 mid kinda thing.
That being said, those are fantastic times, but not world class times like his free/fly sc/lc times
