Slowey returned to the freestyle and took first-place points in the 200-free (2:01.51) and second-place points as part of the women’s 200-freestyle relay. Lautman skipped on the distance and went for the springs with some signature events of her own mixed in. After beating Slowey in the 50-breast, Lautman turned in a 28.29 in the 50-free. Her 200-breast appearance resulted in a time of 2:38.72. Her day finished in the 100-IM with a 1:09.43.
