Don’t think this constant speculation and barrage of articles about him really helps his situation. The disappointment if he doesn’t, the delight when he does. The expectation. I’m exhausted just reading these articles and comments. Let him just swim

Bubo called it. 52.4 looked solid and Caleb should be pleased with that.

He looks like he was having fun and seemed more relaxed than the last time I’ve seen him at this meet. He was signing tons of autographs on the deck and even took time to pick up trash around the pool area after prelims were over this morning.

Bro still hasn’t qualified for trials! Fingers crossed he gets it tonight

His wrist-break at the entry looks more pronounced than usual.

@Coleman, tell Jack Spitzer to give you one of his cameras, because this video looks like it was recorded from a Nokia 3310 🤣🤣

It doesn’t look like he took a single hard stroke. Hopefully, he lets it rip tonight and we see something a little faster!

Agreed, long and smooth. Shake the cobwebs off and hopefully let something loose tonight. My guess is 51 low which but who knows, maybe dip into 50 high which would be more than respectable.

52 mid

That seems a little bold in my opinion, my prediction is 52 low to mid.

It would be very impressive to see him dip under 52 in his first meet back in 11 months tho!

That would be something. I’ll agree with the 52.something predictions. I won’t be unhappy if we are wrong and you are right. 😉

Honestly it doesnt matter if it 50, 51 or 52….I’m just happy to see one of the best swimmers in the world back in action. No expectations he just needs to be happy and feeling comfortable
