I like this Dressel boy, he seems to have potential, 52.4 is a good time, maybe with a bit of work he will be as good as our Daddy of Chlorine, who was 52.3 last month 🙏✌️🤞👌
Outstanding video coverage! Thank you for a full view of the entire field for the duration of the race. I much prefer giving a compliment, instead of my tendency to be cranky about the usual close-ups and camera angle shifting. Unfortunately, I do have one suggestion for EVERY pool video coverage. Particularly this pool, which I’ve swum in several times, the huge windows produce a blinding glare on the water surface for the grandstand audience as well as the video feed. There isn’t much room on the other side of this pool to set up cameras, but video production might benefit from considering the surface glare issue when setting up. But foremost: Great Video Delivery!
Better production value and easier to watch than Power 5 conference meets
Dressel still beat Liendo at the start and was about 0.1 seconds off Liendo on the turn first stroke being third. Wow.
It would be a super bad sign if Dressel still wasn’t ahead of everyone off the start.
(Mostly because he had such a massive margin over the field there previously, and it’s less of a skill you’d need to really train back up.)
Liendo is very close to Dressel on the start, probably closer than Crooks
Yeah, seemed closer than it used to be. (But he was still ahead.)
When’s the last time Crooks raced Dressel?
