Watch: Cox and El Kamash Earn Titles in the 1500 (Mission Viejo PSS Day 1 Race Videos)

2023 PRO SWIM SERIES – MISSION VIEJO

This post features race videos from the first night of the 2023 Pro Swim Series in Mission Viejo. The first night of the meet, as usual, featured the distance session, which included timed finals of the men’s and women’s 1500 freestyles. Jillian Cox opened the meet with a comfortable win in the women’s 1500 free. Cox put up a very solid performance, finishing in 16:31.00, which is less than two seconds off her lifetime best of 16:29.16 from last summer’s Junior Pan Pacs.
