Age Group Coach

Location: 4101 Church Road, Mount Laurel Township, NJ, USA

Role Responsibilities:

1. Be a daily presence on deck as a coach for the Program’s Age Group swimmers (aged 9-14), as well as other ages as needed (20 hours per week)

2. Administrative duties at the discretion of the head coach, including but not limited to providing content for our social media accounts, supporting team travel, meet planning & various tasks associated with a nationally ranked program. (20 hours per week)

Role Requirements:

1. An Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years coaching experience.

2. Current coach in good standing with USA Swimming or ability to be certified ASAP.

3. A passion for self-improvement through a growth mindset, a drive to help others and a want to lead and inspire are essential

4. Ability to provide technical & motivational feedback in a positive manner

5. Ability to communicate with parents positively

6. Excellent teamwork skills for collaborating with other coaches

7. Proficient with MS Word and/or desktop publishing software and Team Unify

8. Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends (*Working weekends will be required in this position)
