Caleb, give it a go, a sub 48 should be an reassuring time at the moment, before the trials…

Dark Horse in the first heat with Victoria Kjaerulff, should be an excellent battle of the titans.

The question is whether Katie Ledecky will swim the 1500 FR.

She’s not listed in the 800 free so I’m guessing she’ll swim the 1500. She’s said in interviews that she’ll generally do one or the other in smaller in season meets. I’m curious if she’ll swim the 200 IM, she’s on the psych sheet for it and while I’m used to seeing her do the occasional 400 IM I don’t see her doing a lot of 200 IM.

I don’t see the point of swimming the 200 IM so close to the 2024 USA Swimming Olympic Team Trials.

The 50 FR would be a fun off event and less taxing to the body.
