Morgan Ginnis has signed her National Letter of Intent with University of New Mexico. Ginnis is from Arlington, Washington and swims at King Aquatic Club with Doug Djang.

Ginnis attends Arlington High School, which does not have a swim team. She has made a daily commute to Federal Way from Arlington to swim year round.

She will add to the Lobos in sprint freestyle, backstroke and even butterfly. Her bests include 23.36/51.11/1:51.88 in the freestyle events, plus 57.83 100 backstroke and 57.97 100 butterfly.

This past summer Ginnis and her teammates set a National Age Group Record in the girls 200 meter medley relay during the Pacific Northwest Swimming Long Course Championship at their home pool in Federal Way. Ginnis was the anchor leg on the relay.
