(NLI Photos) West Chester gets home-grown breaststroker McCormick

Thomas McCormick out of West Chester Henderson High School won’t have to go far for his college move. The senior has signed with Division II West Chester University for the 2014 season.

McCormick is a 55.84 in the 100 breast coming out of high school, as well as a 2:05.20 in the 200 and a 1:50.87 in the 200 IM. He can also be effective in a 400 IM, making him a very versatile lineup option outside of the breaststroke races for West Chester.

He currently swims for Golden Ram Aquatics, which is headed up by West Chester Univerity assistant coach Scott Elliott.
