Gretchen Walsh ne 2024 Short Course World Championships mein apne dhamakedaar performance ke saath sabko hairan kar diya!
Apni pehli race mein hi, Walsh ne 50m butterfly ka purana world record tod diya, jo Therese Alshammar ke naam tha aur 15 saal purana tha. Walsh ne 24.02 ka samay banaya, jo purane record se 0.36 second aur 1.48% tezi se tha.

Yeh is saal Walsh ka teesra world record hai. U.S. Olympic Trials mein unhone long course 100 fly ka world record 55.18 tak le aaye the. Aur is October mein, ek UVA dual meet mein, Walsh pehli aurat bani jinhone 100 IM mein 56 seconds ke andar (55.98) swim kiya.
