RACE VIDEO: More Big Swims, More Records at DC Metro Champs

SwimSwam’s Matt Rees was on deck at the 2014 DC Metro Champs, and he caught Katie Ledecky’s National High School Record in the 200 free and 100 breaststroke, which we posted earlier. With lots of other great swims, though, he was able to capture more races. Unfortunately, he wasn’t present for Katie Ledecky’s prelims American-Record breaking 500 free, he was there for her still-impressive 4:34.01 in finals.

Also included are Meet Records in the 100 yard free (45.00) from Brady Welch and in the 50 free (22.97) from Morgan Hill (above), plus the 200 free relay won by Gonzaga Prep.
