Brogan Dulle, a 21 year old UC student, was last seen in the early morning hours Sunday, May 18. After spending the evening at The St. Clair and Mac’s Pizza, Brogan went back to his apartment on E McMillan in Clifton. Around 2 a.m., Brogan realized he had left his cell phone and decided to go back and retrace his steps to locate it. Brogan never returned home.
Laura Lewis, who is acting as the family’s spokesperson, said Brogan’s cellphone also has not been found. “It was last used at 1:50 a.m. on Sunday,” she said in an email. “Verizon provided the last ping before the phone was turned off.”
Brogan is described as a passionate, responsible young man who loves working with kids. Brogan is a swim coach at both Mercy HealthPlex Sea Wolves and Turpin Hills swim clubs, and is an education major at UC and Turpin High School graduate. When he did not show up at work on Monday and no-one could get in-touch with him, friends and family knew something was wrong. A missing persons report was filed Monday night and authorities are currently looking into the case.
His parents, Tom and Beth Dulle, released this statement Tuesday evening:
“We would like to thank everyone who has searched, posted, shared or tweeted in our efforts to find Brogan, including those who love him and know what a wonderful and caring young man he is. We also want to thank the many complete strangers who are working so hard to help find Brogan. The kindness and love shared by so many is helping us tremendously during this difficult time. We are hopeful that Brogan will be found safe and soon. We miss him and love him very much. Brogan if you see this, nothing matters but getting you home. Please reach out to any of us, mom, dad, siblings, aunts, uncles or cousins. We are all here for you.”
Search parties are being run around the clock in Cincinnati. To help locally, the central help location is at Gilpin’s in Clifton – 2504 W. Clifton, Cincinnati, Ohio. The Facebook group to support finding Brogan has reached over 7,000 members in a little over 24 hours.
