AJ Pouch on Aging in Swimming: “I’m the old guy now”

Virginia Tech pro AJ Pouch spoke with SwimSwam at the Westmont Pro Swim last week. Pouch, who finished his NCAA career last year, finished 2nd in the 100 and 200 breast and 6th in the 50 breast at this year’s first stop in the Pro Swim Series. Adjusting to his new role as a pro in swimming, Pouch is starting to feel his age in the sport a bit.
