Conway will lead the West Coast initiative, living and working out of Portland Oregon. He has been in the industry for 20 years, swimming for 5 and specializes in a combination of sales, marketing, promotion, and account management. Conway has an extensive athletic background as a former collegiate baseball player who was bitten by the swimming bug when handling swimming for Nike as part of a larger All Sport – Sports Marketing group, highlighted by working with Red Leonard at Alabama, and Kit Lisauskas at Missouri. More recently he’s well known for his work at arena handling USA Swimming’s National Team outfitting, and Promotional Marketing for Cal Men, Texas Women, Auburn, and NC State. Conway will be accessible to all types of teams from Club to Masters.
