Anna Peplowski Discusses Long Course Freestyle Progression, Indiana Training

We sat down with Indiana sophomore Anna Peplowski, who is on a roll in this long course season. She’s gone from a PB of 1:59 to 1:58.4 (then 1:58.0 that night) in April at the Westmont Pro Swim to 1:57.0 just a couple weeks ago at the Indy Cup. Peplowski breaks down her relationship with long course and what’s made the difference these past few months.

Anna Peplowski is the real deal…. she’s so talented, is a hard work HORSE, and has the best coach ever!! Let’s go Anna!!

I really hope that that isn’t the remake of Gabby Deloof’s story who being already an established swimmer improved unexpected just in two seasons from 2min to 1:56. But then she bounced back to where she came from.
It’s long due to have 1:56 in-season swimmer in W200FR LCM.
