Ali also put up a time of 4:41.77 in the 400 IM, ranking 23rd all-time for 13-year-olds as he undercuts his previous best set in June of 4:43.34.

Two other notable Aquazot performers on the male side came from Raymond Jew and Taylor Thongintra, both breaststroke specialists.
Jew put up a time of 1:17.79 in the 100 breast to rank third among 11-year-old boys this season, while Thongintra, 14, narrowly missed his best times en route to victories in the 100 breast (1:07.09) and 200 breast (2:24.02).
Thongintra’s 100 and 200 breast best times of 1:06.75 and 2:23.13 rank 71st and 36th all-time in the boys’ 13-14 age group, respectively.
He also swam a PB of 2:11.86 in the 200 IM, good for 24th this season in the 13-14 age group.
