Former Knutson Attorney Facing CA Bar Ethics Charges

Richard Foster, the former attorney for former National Team swimmer Dagny Knutson, has been charged with seven ethics violations by the California State Bar Court. Knutson recently won a lawsuit accusing Foster of failing to disclose a conflict of interest when he negotiated her a deal with USA Swimming in 2010.

USA Swimming Won’t Use Morning Finals At 2020 Olympic Trials

Along with its qualifying times for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials, USA Swimming has released its order of events, which will mirror the Olympic lineup except for having prelims in the morning and finals at night, instead of the morning finals that will be used in Tokyo.
