Ben Hesen talks about 100 back at MN Grand Prix, upcoming World Championships

Ben Hesen, NCAA Champion, American Record Holder in 50 meter backstroke, talks about his 100 backstroke, and swimming at World Championships in Turkey, this December, 2012.

Ben placed 4th in the 100 meter backstroke, this summer at Olympic Trials, in Omaha. He has been a member of the US National Swim Team for five years.

Trina, is Ben still training with Arkady and Ryan at Gator like he was for Trials, or is he back in Indiana now?

Josh, he is back in Indiana now. He was there with his coach from Pacesetter Aquatics.
