Blake Balogh
Blake Balogh is a senior at Boise State University. She comes from a large swimming family, so naturally she became immersed in the swim community at a young age. Her parents founded and coach a club team in Lincoln, Nebraska, and each of her five siblings swim as well. She specializes in all freestyle events and has been a main contributor in Boise State’s relays.

2014-2015
As a junior, Blake capped off a successful year earning All-Mountain West honors after winning the 800 free relay that set a school record at Mountain West Championships. Also placed 12th in the 500 free, 17th in the 200 free, and 14th in the 1650 free at Mountain West Championships. Won in the 1000 free against both Idaho and Nevada and in the 1650 free at the Jean Foreman Invitational as well as finishing second in the 1000 free against Wyoming, Oregon State, Denver, and Utah.
2013-2014
Blake finished her sophomore year by earning All Mountain West honors in the 800 free relay. Scored in two events at the Mountain West Championships placing 3rd in the 800 free relay and 10th in the 500 free. Won the 1000 free against San Diego and the 400 free relay at the Bulldog Invitational.
2012-2013
Blake started off her swim career at Boise State on a high point by setting the record for fastest time as a freshmen in the 500 and 1000 free. Scored in three events at the Mountain West Championships placing 11th in both the 500 and 1650 free and 13th in the 200 free. Earned her first collegiate win in the 200 free at Oregon State.
High School/Club
Blake attended Lincoln Southeast High School and swam for the Lincoln Select swim club, the team that is founded and coached by her parents. She owns club records in every short course freestyle event and the 200 yard IM. Was a USA Swimming Scholastic All American. Was named Midwestern Swimmer of the Year three times.
