Colleen Wixted:
Colleen was raised in Denver, Colorado where she started swimming for STARS. She continued her swimming career at her high school Cherry Creek, where she was a part of the state championship team her freshman year. While competing at Cherry Creek, she was All-American her junior year in the 400 free relay and her senior year in the 200 free. After graduating, Colleen chose to continue her swimming career at Duke University where she trains fly and free.

In Colorado, Colleen swam for STARS under Todd Schmitz where she Winter Nationals was a winter nationals qualifier.
College:
2013-2014:
Colleen was a part of the ACC Championship team where she scored in both the 100 fly and 200 fly, getting best times in both of her events.
Personal: Colleen is majoring in Psychology while doing the pre-medicine program at Duke, and she plans to attend medical school after graduating.
