Ellie Thompson
Ellie was a two-year letter winner at Lebanon High School, serving as the team’s captain during her senior season. She was her team’s Most Valuable Player in 2011 and 2012, and won the Coach’s Award in 2012. She also helped her team to the DII State Championships in 2011 and competed at the Junior National and Nationals. Ellie is looking to pursue a human health major at Emory.

2014-2015
Ellie’s season again started with the Miami Invite where she again dropped time in her best events. She placed 3rd in the 100 back and 4th in the 200 back. Ellie trained through conference for NCAAs, where she won the 100 back in a time of 55.13. She also placed 5th in the 200 back, swimming a time of 2:00.27.
2013-2014
Ellie again competed at the Miami Invite where she impressed and placed 3rd in the 200 back and 5th in the 100 back. At UAAs, she won the 100 back and placed 3rd in the 200 back with a best time. At NCAAs, Ellie placed 6th in the 100 back(55.59) and 9th in the 200 back(2:00.82). She also swam the 200 IM in a time of 2:08.20.
2012-2013
Ellie’s first taper meet of the season was the Miami Invite, where she dropped time in all of her events. She placed 13th in the 100 back and 14th in the 200 back. At UAAs, Ellie placed 2nd in the 200 back(2:02.66) and 3rd in the 100 back(57.25). She also swam the 200 IM in a time of 2:07.59.
