Jeremy Raisky
Jeremy Raisky is a butterfly specialist, originally from Birmingham, Mich. Raisky is a RS junior at the University of Michigan, where he’s earned NCAA Honorable Mention All-America honors. He was born Dec. 19, 1992, and he graduated from Berkley High School, where he was an All-American in the 100 butterfly. He was a four-time state meet qualifier, and repeated as a Michigan State Champion, which was held at the University of Eastern Michigan. Coming out of high school, Raisky was in the top 10 recruits out of the state of Michigan, and within the top 300 in the nation according to collegeswimming.com. At Michigan he’s earned the NCAA honors as well finishing as a Big Ten champion and a member of the All-Big Ten. Raisky used his redshirt season during his first year as a Wolverine, and is currently in his fourth year, where he’s serving as team captain.

2012-2013
As a RS freshman Raisky did not compete at the Big Ten Championships, but he competed in the dual meet season. He swam the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2013-2014
Raisky earned Academic All-Big Ten honors as a sophomore. At the Big Ten Championships Raisky finished ninth in the 100 butterfly, and tied for 27th in the 50 freestyle. He also competed at the AT&T Winter Nationals, swimming the same two events.

2014-2015
Raisky is currently in his RS junior year as a Michigan Wolverine. Voted team captain, he earned Honorable Mention All-America honors on the 200 medley relay. He made his first-ever top eight finish at the Big Ten Championships, coming in sixth in the 100 butterfly. Raisky also finished 21st overall in the 50 freestyle and 23rd in the 100 backstroke.

National Competition
Competing for Berkley Raisky was a high school All-American, and All-American Academic as a senior. He was a three-time YMCA Nationals competitor, and set the 100m butterfly record in the All-OAA. At the state meet his senior year, Raisky finished second in both the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke.
