At Scott’s first Big Ten Championships, she was part of the title-winning and pool record setting 200 medley relay team (back, 24.21), as well as a member of the Big Ten champion 400 medley relay, 3rd place 400 free relay, and 5th place 800 free relay teams. Individually, she placed 4th in the 100 free (48.84), 7th in the 200 free (1:45.84), and 6th in the 100 back (52.33).

At the NCAA’s, she was part of the national runner-up 400 medley relay team (back, 52.19) and of the 4th place 200 medley relay team. Individually, she finished 20th in the 100 backstroke (52.17).

After her freshman season, Scott announced that she would be transferring to Alabama, following sprint coach Coley Stickels to Tuscaloosa.
