Pomajevich qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200 fly, 200 free and 500 free. He finished sixth in the 500 free (4:12.83), 11th in the 200 fly (1:41.39) and 12th in the 200 free (1:33.21). At the Big 12 Championships, he placed third in the 200 fly (1:44.38), fifth in the 100 fly (47.36) and seventh in the 500 free (4:23.48),
2018-19
Pomajevich competed in the 200 fly (17th, 1:41.82), 200 free (26th, 1:34.25) and 500 free (33rd, 4:17.61) at the NCAA Championships. At the Big 12 Championships, he was a finalist in the 200 fly, finishing third (1:45.80) and also finished 11th in the 500 free (4:26.64) and 200 free (12th, 1:38.91).
2019 Pan American Games (Lima, Peru)
Pomajevich was the runnerup in the 200 fly (1:57.35), finishing 1.49 seconds behind Brazil’s Leonardo Gomes de Deus. He also swam on USA’s silver medal 4×200 free relay, splitting 1:49.34 on the 3rd leg.
