Breaking news out of Gainesville, as Gator Swim Club head coach Bryan Woodward has been arrested. University of Florida head swim coach Gregg Troy made the announcement to the team tonight, and Woodward has been removed from the Gator Swim Club’s website.
The arrest was reportedly made in Tampa, Florida, but there may have been other agencies involved in the arrest aside from the Tampa Police Department. We are currently in contact with several other agencies to get more details about the arrest.
We have received information about the alleged reason for the arrest, but given the gravity of the charge we are searching for confirmation prior to posting.
