SAN JOSE, Calif. – Cali Rowland led the meet finishing first in both the 100-yard breaststroke with a 1:03.74 and the 200-yard breaststroke with a 2:19.86. The Spartans beat Cal State East Bay with a final score of 142 to 96.
- The Spartans finished first in 11 out of 14 events.
- The 400-yard Medley Relay Team of Ellie Shorten, Izzie Fraire , Katie Schwarze, and Reagan Mathieson finished first with a time of 3:57:37
- Alice Ciobanu recorded a time of 10:48.92 in the 1000-yard freestyle to finish first.
- Mathieson placed first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:53.31.
- Shorten finished first in both the 100-yard backstroke with a 57.96 and the 200-yard backstroke with a 2:05.31.
- Ela Freiman led the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:08.53 and the 200-yard IM with a 2:10.22.
- Amelia Snyder finished first in the 500-yard freestyle with a 5:10.88.
- Andreea Dragoi clocked a 59.37 in the 100-yard butterfly to take first in the event.
- Seniors Fraire and Rowland were honored prior to their final home meet.

SAN JOSE, Calif. – In a dual meet on Friday, the Cal State East Bay women’s swim team lost in team scoring, 142-96 against San Jose State. The Pioneers had three first place finishes, all in freestyle events. Brooklyn Dressel was included in all three top finishes for the Pioneers.
- Dressel placed first in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 24.07 seconds.
- In the 100 yard freestyle, Dressel placed first in 51.65 seconds.
- To close out the meet, the Pioneers took first in the 200 yard freestyle relay in 1:37.23 with the team of Dressel, Delaney Carlson, Olivia Parham and Emma Knott.

- Kylie Beaudet placed second in the 200 yard butterfly with a personal best time of 2:09.66.
The Pioneers return to action on Saturday morning when they host a double dual meet against Simpson and UC Santa Cruz. Start time from Pioneer Pool is set for 10 a.m.
