In a repeat venture from last season, the Cardinal Aquatics Training Club took to the road, traveling to Sarasota, Florida for the annual training trip this winter.
The club is based out of Louisville, Kentucky where they regularly train out of the University of Louisville pool. To prepare for the upcoming swim season, the team headed down south to warmer weather to train for upcoming meets while having a little fun in the sun.
