Getting the final day of racing started was Clare Logan in the women’s 100 free. Only 15-years old, Logan took the race out in 26.60, over half of a second ahead of the rest of the field before holding on to bring it back in 30.13 for a final time of 56.73. Alexa Fulton took second in 57.27, while Catherine Meisner was third in 57.46.
Walker Davis narrowly edged out Rob Alexy to take the win in the men’s 100 free by less than a tenth of a second. Sitting in third after the first 50, Davis finished the race hard in a time of 52.00, just .08 in front of Alexy. The 2020 Virginia high school state champion and University of North Carolina medaled in all four of his events across the weekend.
Only 14, Grace Hunt swam to the top time in the women’s 200 breast after qualifying in first out of prelims. Her time of 2:37.13 from finals was over three and a half seconds faster than her lifetime best going into the meet. For the men, it was Dylan Citta of the Greater Monmouth YMCA who completed the sweep of the two breaststroke events. The North Carolina commit won handily over Declan Gleason, getting his hands on the all in a time of 2:19.29
The 200 fly saw two athletes repeat as champions for the week, as Grey Davis and Thomas Heilman claimed the titles. Davis qualified for finals as the second seed, before dropping over three seconds from her morning swim to touch in 2:17.20. For the men, Heilman who came away with his fourth win of the meet in 2:02.25.

Finishing the meet with four event wins and 80 individual points, Thomas Heilman helped lead Cavalier Aquatics to the team title on the men’s side. Walker Davis also added 71 points and Jack Smith contributed 53.
For the Greater Somerset County women, it took a team effort to win the title, as Catherine and Julia Meisner, as well as Emily Thompson, all scored vital points for the team. For Greater Somerset, relays were a huge factor, as the women finished in the top-3 in four and won two of them.
