Chantal Liew Bani Singapore Ke Pahle Open Water Olympic Swimmer

Women’s 2020 Olympic Marathon Swimming Event mei historic result dekhne ko mila, wahi Great Britain ki Alice Dearing nation ki first-ever black female Olympic swimmer bani.

But ek aur swimmer thi jin hone bhi apne nation ko proud karaya, Chental Liew pahli Singaporean Open Water swimmer bani jinhone Olympic Games mei qualify kiya.

Although, Liew ne Setubal,Portugal mei hui 10k race mei 29th par finish kiya. Ye 22-year-old as part of the continental quota select hui thi. Wo Asia mei two Japanese swimmers Yumi Kida (12th) aur Minami Niikura (19th) se hi piche hai ab.

Race ke baad Liew ne The Straits Times se kaha, “Right now? Sach bolu toh, mai awful feel kar rahi hun. Mujhe aisa lag raha hai ki jaise abhi vomit kar dungi aur headache bhi ho raha hai. Olympics mei aane ka shock pass ho chukka hai aur ab mai race ke after effects feel kar rahi hun.”
