After blasting a new US Open meet record in the 200 IM, Olympic champion Chase Kalisz gave us a bit of insight into what his “new” training setup in Tempe looks like. Kalisz has trained with Bowman in the past and is used to his training style, but does note that he’s doing much more yardage than last year (about 10k per week more).
