Changing the schedule at very short notice, can only raise suspicion about his reluctance to be tested. Given that he already has a prior offence to his name, he should not be surprised that people find it odd that he wants to swim at a local tennis club meet rather than an international European event. He did that same thing last year when he skipped the Pan-Pac’s. It looks like he will do anything to avoid being tested positive before the Rio games. Very sad state of affairs.
