In this SwimMAC Carolina team video, Head Coach and SwimMAC Carolina CEO, David Marsh, answers a young age grouper’s loaded question of what it is like having the job of training the athletes on his SwimMAC Elite squad. At a high level, Marsh lends insight into how he must take into account his professional athletes’ media appearances and travel schedules, along with his amateur collegiate athletes’ school obligations.  Also on camera, Marsh acknowledges and gladly accepts that the world’s eyes are on his swimmers at all times.
