Cody Miller Shares Breaststroke Knowledge, Analyzes Women’s 200 WR & Men’s 100

In the SwimSwam Podcast dive deeper into the sport you love with insider conversations about swimming. Hosted by Coleman HodgesGarrett McCaffrey, and Gold Medal Mel Stewart, SwimSwam welcomes both the biggest names in swimming that you already know, and rising stars that you need to get to know, as we break down the past, present, and future of aquatic sports.

We sat down with the breaststroking man who’s always in front of the camera, Cody Miller. Cody goes DEEP on the women’s 200 breast, revealing what he saw as the difference maker between Olympic champion Tatjana Schoenmaker‘s prelims/semi swims and her finals swim where she broke the world record. Cody also gives insight into Lilly King‘s mentality after losing her Olympic title in the 100 breast and heading into the 200 breast, where she went a huge personal best by nearly 1.5 seconds.
