For the past few months, SwimSwam has been posting a daily swimming workout to help inspire swim coaches around the world who are looking for new ideas to try with their swimmers. Since most of the world’s pools are currently closed for business, we wanted to give swimmers and coaches an alternative set of dryland workouts to use to stay fit during the quarantine. These workouts will be designed to be done around the house. Some will use basic equipment, like medicine balls or stretch cords, while others will be all body-weight exercises.

If you aren’t aware, May 4th was yesterday, popularly known as Star Wars day because of the accompanying phrase “May the 4th be with you”. However, if you’ve taken your fandom up a notch, you know the May 5th isn’t to be denied, coming in with its own Star Wars-themed tagline of “Revenge of the 5th”. And in honor of this pseudo-holiday, We have a dryland workout for you that may make it feel like the number 5 is, well, getting in a bit of revenge.
