3 x 100 on 1:20 – Free Overload @ Target
12 x 25 on :30 – Choice Variable Sprint
3 x 100 on 1:20 – Free Overload @ Target

1 x 200 on 7:00 – SPRINT Broken Prime 200
1 x 200 on 7:00 – SPRINT Broken Free 200
