600 – 75 swim, 25 drill or scull
6 x 75 kick/drill/swim by 25
6 x Paddles, Pull or Swim
175 2:15 (150, 125, 100) first and 4th lengths fast
100 1:30 (75) 5 power strokes no air on each length
