Warm Up:
6×100 free (odds- kick/evens- swim) 10 sec rest
8×75 @ 1:15 back (50 kick/25 swim)
12×50 @ :50 streamline kick (odds- back/evens- fly) w/fins
Turn Work:
12×75 @ 1:15 from middle IM order
Main Set: Repeat 8x
1×300 @ 4:30 free cruz
2×75 @ 1:15 SPRINT 25 fly/25 back/25 breast ( < or = 100 IM PB)
RACE Set:
20×25 @ :25 free (odds- breath control/evens- RACE) w/fins
