    50 kick or scull
4 x Main Set #1 Any Equip
    5:00 (Alt 400 (1:15):350 1:26)), Alt 350(1:26), 300 (1:40), (300 (1:40), 250 (2:00).
100 Recovery

    1 x 50 kick G4 :50
    1 x 25 swim G4 :40
    1 x 25 recovery 1:00
