    8 x 50 on 1:15 – MAHR Breast Drill : 25 Double Scu11 25 Separation
    6 x 75 on 1:45 – MAHR Breast Swim Reduce SC by 25
    
Aerobic Foundations
    8 x 25 on :40 – MAHR Free Side Kick Swim w/ Paddle Push
    8 x 25 on :40 – MAHR Free Drill : Single Arm w/ Paddle Push

Any workouts for Senior swimmers (58 y.o.women) training for Senior Olympics who swim 3/4 to 1 mile 4 times weekly?
My 13-14 and 15-18 age group swimming years were over quite a while ago.
