    8 x 25 on :40 – MAHR Back Streamline Kick w/ Duck
    8 x 25 on :40 – MAHR Back Head Lead Kick w/ Duck
    6 x 50 on 1:15 – MAHR Back 25 Head Lead Kick 25 Log Roll Drill w/ Duck
    6 x 50 on 1:15 – MAHR Back Drill : 25 Log Roll 25 Hand Shake w/ Duck
    6 x 50 on 1:15 – MAHR Back Drill : 25 Hand Shake 25 Single Arm w/ Duck
    8 x 25 on :40 – MAHR Back Drill : Catchup w/ Duck
    8 x 25 on :40 – MAHR Back Swim w/ Duck
