Back Half Kick Work: Repeat 4x free/back/free/IM
1×175 @ 3:15 (100 swim/75 kick)
5×50 @ 1:00 free kick w/board desc. 1-5
Underwater/Breakout Work:
10×50 @ 1:05 lung busters w/fins
12×25 @ :30 1/2 and 1/2 w/fins
