Warm-up
    3×400 IM [kick-drill-swim]

Tune-upset
    5x
        2×50 Drill-swim by 25 @60
        2×25 all out @40

200 scull
200 Flykick SSBF [side/side/back/front]

Main set [Lactate tolerance]
    4×100 C1 -prime stroke @3:00
    6×75 C1 -prime stroke @2:00
    6×50 C1 -prime stroke @1:30
    8×25 C1 -prime stroke @40

20×100 free fins + paddles @2:00 [Max 8 stroke x 25; Max 8 breath, unlimited underwater]
