It honestly doesn’t take much to figure out what everything is. It is only a matter of common swimming sense. It is sad when coaches are willing to share their work, and people are not willing to try to understand it.
I don’t know Trevor, but I can tell that:
Ch = Choice
K = Kick
D = Drill
S = Swim
STL = Streamline
KO = Kick Out
EN2 = Endurance 2 = Threshold
EN3 = Endurance 3 = Aerobic Overload/VO2
SP = Sprint
RIMO = Reverse IM Order
RI = Rest Interval? (in seconds it looks like)
