Warm Up
    6×100 @ 2:00 Swim Choice (3rd 25 is kick)
    200 Drill choice
    6×50 @ 1:00 [1-3 BU, 4-6 25 ez/25 fast]

    6×200 @ 2:50/3:00 3rd 50 K [round 2 is NFS]
    
100 Easy

2x
    8×50 @ :50, 1:00
    [Rd 1 = swim, 1-4 free, 5-8 NFS]
    [Rd 2 = K, 1-4 free, 5-8 NFS]
        
100 Easy

5×25 – Turns for 10 minutes
5×25 – Starts for 10 minutes sprint

200 Cool Down
