Technical (ME) 20min
    1 x 400 Bk 6k [kick the last 100]     @ 7:00
    2 x 200 Bk 4k [kick the last 50]     @ 3:30
    3 x 100 Bk     [kick the last 25]     @ 1:45

Main Set (HE) 40min
    10 x 75 No1 @ 1:00 [1:20]
    10 x 75 No1 @ 1:15 [1:30]
    10 x 75 No1 @ 1:30 [1:45]

Kick (Mix)
    1 x 200 Fr (K) HE Last 100 BE @ 4:30
    1 x 200 Fr (K) ME Last 75 BE @ 4:15
    1 x 200 Fr (K) EE Last 50 BE @ 4:00

Cap Set (ME)
    4 x 500 Fr B.C. @ 8:00 [6 kicks off the wall]
