The workouts themselves are not indicative of SwimSwam’s or Commit’s views on training. They strictly reflect the opinions of the author swim coach.

The Workout

Warm Up: Repeat 2x
    1×400 free (75 kick/25 swim) @ 7:00

Kick Series: Repeat 2x
    8×75 free w/board build/75 @ 1:15/1:20
    2×100 IM kick @ 1:45/2:00

Drill Series: Repeat 2x
    4×50 breast pull w/fy kick @ 1:05 work on driving the body forward

Main Series: Repeat 2x
    20×25 choice SPRINT @ :40

Tread Work in deep end w/fins
