1 x 100 @ 1:30 kick w/fins 6/8/10/12
1 x 25 @ 1:00 kick w/fins shooter
IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE, SET THEM FREE – FREE WARM UP

3 x 150 @ 2:30 free 25 scull/75 swim
12 x 50 @ 1:00 free drill
1 x 200 @ 3:00 free w/pad breathe R/L
10 x 25 @ :25 free alt smooth/fast

Just a fun way to make Valentine’s day practice fun! Working some breath control with underwater kick focus; then warming up with some technique work on freestyle; and then a bit of self-selected challenge work on the main freestyle set. Finishing the workout off with a little fun.
