200 fast puls <25
400 swim and stretch
200 kick
8 x 50 25 0 breath 25 swim build 1 to 8
200 easy

8 x 25 amplitude
4 x 100 free @ 1:20
8 x 25 @ 1:00 kick fast
4 x 100 1st stroke @ 1:45
100 easy

5 x 50 spé all. 200 @ 1:00
Or
5 x 25 all. 100 @ 0:45

300 souple
2 x 6 longueurs

Coach Notes

The swim coach was asked to define any shorthand he or she used in this workout. Their notes should provide some additional context to this swimming workout.

souple is french for swim down. session 3 days before main competition (qualifying for international junior event). Manly based on race speed according to right amount of mouvements.
