Dryland Stations with Larry Arnold

Our goal with dryland is to increase body control through strength exercises. Larry Arnold of LA Body Kraft in Phoenix is the master of setting up workouts to meet that goal. Often the kids don’t even realize how hard they’re working.

This circuit takes the swimmers through four types of equipment, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, 1/2 Bosu Balls, and Power Plates. They go through each of those stations for :60 on :10 off for 5 rounds where the exercise changes each round. It’s only 20 minutes of work stretched over about 30 minutes or so, but it’s the kind of quality we’re looking for from a workout.
